Preparing for Your Session


  • Intake

    Please fill out your intake here, prior to your appointment.

    We only have so much time scheduled for you. If your session time arrives and your intake still needs completing, we will have less time for your bodywork.

  • Parking & Approach

    We have metered street parking on 12th and on Charnelton, and free 2hr parking on 12th, between Charnelton and Lincoln. We are located 3 blocks south of the Eugene Library, in the Charnelton Wellness Center, at the back of a parking lot directly south of the OddFellows building.

    Because we are located in downtown and do not keep a front desk, our front door is generally locked. Your LMT will call you about 5 minute before the start of your session, and walk you in.

  • Insurance

    We require insurance to be verified prior to booking insurance/billed sessions here.

    If you have accidentally booked an insurance session without submitting your info, and your appointment is more than a week out, you can submit your info here. If your appointment is within a week, please call or text us @ 541-515-0232.

    Please note that though we do check insurance coverage as a courtesy, delays in reporting can affect your benefits, insurance representatives sometimes make mistakes, and insurance payments are not guaranteed. Because you are responsible for any unpaid balances, we strongly recommend independently familiarizing yourself with your coverage.

  • Cancellations & Reschedules

    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

    While we don't want to encourage people to come in sick, we also need to make sustainable choices to support our staff and their families. No-shows, cancellations and reschedules inside 24 hours of the start of your appointment are subject to 50% of the cash rate price of your service, which will be charged to your card on file.

    We require a card on file to secure all bookings.
